Saint Brother Pedro is the first and only Guatemalan Saint. While he wasn't born in Guatemala, he did his saintly work there, and died there.
Like many Saints, we have only depictions and renderings of Saint Pedro, because there are no actual pictures of him. He lived so long ago.

He is usually shown ringing a bell and holding a walking stick, because he walked through the streets of rich neighborhoods ringing his bell and extolling people to repent and live a Christ-like life.
